We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we can help you through the return process noted below, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
Please read the procedure and contact us for a return reference and instructions prior to returning your order. If you return an item prior to contacting us you may encounter costs that we are unable to refund.

  • If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 28 days of purchase.
  • It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused 
§  Unless otherwise stated the cost of return postage of an unwanted item will not be refunded. 

 

Returns procedure (UK)

  • Email us at bobbleart@marresa.co.uk with the subject RETURN REQUEST and your order number
  • Please select the reason for your return from the list below and explain the details of your reason where appropriate:
     - unwanted
     - received damaged
     - other
  • If your item is damaged and it is convenient please enclose a photo showing the issue.
  • We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your return reference and the next steps. Please do not return your item(s) until you have received details of the next steps as you may incur costs that will not be refunded.
  • In our response we will advise if a return is required. We may at our discretion decide a return is not necessary. In the event a return is required you will be advised of the best method of return.
  • The best method will generally be second class recorded mail which is selected based on cost and ease for you. Additional this method is suggest as it is the most convenient tracked method and in the event your item is lost you have a route of claim. It is a suggestion rather than a requirement however if you select an alternative method we cannot be held responsible for items not arriving or in the even we refund the return postage we will do so up to the value of our suggestion.

Refunds on returned items
Please allow 30days from the collection or posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please note, your refund request will take varying amounts of time to display on your payment card statement depending on your provider.

How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will be offered the option of a refund or an exchange in most instances.
